Improve the content of the portal for receiving reports and complaints on the website of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission in a way that facilitates easy classification and ensures prompt and efficient responses.

Improve citizens’ awareness of how to activate their digital identity.

Gather information from users of e-government services regarding their experiences and identify which services should be converted to electronic services.
Outcomes

Present suggestions to improve the complaints and reports forms on JIACC’s website.

Launch an awareness campaign that includes the distribution of a QR code linking to a video explaining how to activate a digital identity. These videos were previously created by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and shared on the screens of rapid buses and at bus rapid transit waiting stations.

Present a short survey to measure the users satisfaction with the e-government services and aims to collect information about their experiences and identify which services should be converted to electronic services.
