  • Modify the right to access information form to align with Article 3/A/6 and Article 9/D of the amended Law of the Right of Access Information No. 3 of 2024.

  • Circulation of the revised model for ensuring the right to access information by the Information Council and the Prime Ministry.

The Objective of Each Indicator

  • Improve the electronic and paper forms for the right to access information.

  • Ensure that individuals can access the information they need easily and with no obstacles following the amendments to the amended Law of the Right to Access Information No. (3) of 2023.

Outcomes

  • An amended and simple form in terms of content for public institutions and commissions to ensure the right to access information.

  • Unification of the form for the right to access information per the amendments of the amended law for the right to access information No.3 of 2024.
